🐝 Once you apply to work with me, you'll receive an email from me within 24 hours. From there, we discuss your goals, plans, and needs for your business. You book your project date, then I'll send you planners and access to a Google drive folder where you can upload your photos and website copy. Nothing needs to be perfect but I'll need the files before the project start date.
🐝From here, I'll get access to your social accounts, I'll start researching hashtags, and getting everything setup. It typically takes 3-4 weeks of setup before everything kicks off. We need to find your audience, research competition, and of course figuring out your content strategy.
🐝 While I would love to be a jack-of-all-trades, my strength is in Squarespace and Wix. I'm not going to waste your time - or mine - pretending I'm confident in something that I'm not. I know quite a few really good Wordpress designers though so if Wordpress is your jam, no hard feelings. I'll pass your info along. I want you to succeed, even if it's not with me.
🐝 If you sign up for the web design package, the entire process can take 3-4 weeks and even up to 8-16 weeks. It just depends on what you need and the plan we design. Of course I'll do my best to get everything up and running as soon as I can but it's always a good idea to leave room open for the unexpected. You'll be informed every step of the way.
**The web design time can be pushed forward if need be at add’l cost.

🐝 After you submit your project contract(s) and deposit, I'll invite you to a Google Shared Drive where you'll find folders for you to upload your assets, logo files, images, and any documents you need your clients to have access to.
**I do ask clients to have something of a start for what they want their content to be, even if they aren't sure. I'll help polish your message but we'll need to work together to round out your content!
🐝 Once we get everything started, I'll send a contract and an invoice. I do require full payment in advance for social media management, web design, and website maintenance packages upon contract execution and BEFORE I start working.
🐝 Contracts MUST BE paid in full before releasing access to your assets.
🐝 As I have a limited number of design spots, no refunds are given. If you need to rebook, you can contact me and we can talk through your options. I'm also happy to correct things that need adjusting within reason. I definitely want you to be happy.
